These Terms apply when you access or use the ClickMarkets website or consumer shopping app. ClickMarkets helps customers browse groceries offered by local stores, build a cart, place an order, and arrange pickup or another fulfillment option when shown in the app. By using the service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Accounts and acceptable use

Some features require an account. Keep your account information current and protect access to your account. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account, except where applicable law provides otherwise. Do not misuse the service, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, or use it in violation of law or another person's rights.

Products and orders

Stores, products, descriptions, prices, and availability may change. Product information is provided to help you make a selection, but availability and details may need to be confirmed as an order is processed. Review your cart and the order details shown in the app before submitting an order. The app will show the available fulfillment options and relevant order status information.

Submitting an order request does not by itself guarantee that every selected item is available. Follow the order status and any instructions shown in the app. If an order issue arises, contact us at info@clickmarkets.ca with the order details.

Payment, changes, and order issues

Any payment method, amount, and other checkout terms applicable to an order will be presented during checkout. Review them before placing the order. Cancellation, changes, substitutions, and refunds may depend on the order status, the applicable store or service terms, and applicable law; any specific options available for your order will be shown in the app or provided by customer support.

Intellectual property and linked services

ClickMarkets and its licensors retain their rights in the website, app, branding, and service materials. You may use them only as needed for personal use of the service. The service may link to third-party websites or services; those are governed by their own terms and privacy notices.

Service availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as needed. We work to keep information useful and current, but listings and service features may contain errors or become temporarily unavailable. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot be limited under applicable law.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the current version here and update the effective date above. Your continued use of the service after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Alberta and the applicable laws of Canada, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
