Delete Your ClickMarkets Account

To request deletion of your ClickMarkets account and associated personal information, email info@clickmarkets.ca with the subject “ClickMarkets Account Deletion Request.” Send the request from the email address on your account. If you cannot access that email address, contact us and we will help verify the account.

Our support team will review and manually process your request, generally within two weeks, then confirm when it is complete. We will delete account information unless it must be retained for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or transaction-recordkeeping purposes. Any information retained for those purposes will be restricted and kept only as long as required.

ClickMarkets Merchant users can request deletion of their merchant account by emailing info@clickmarkets.ca. Our support team will review the request and, after verification, process deletion of the merchant account and associated information, subject to the legal, security, fraud-prevention, and transaction-recordkeeping exceptions above.

You can also start a deletion request in the app under Account > View Profile > Delete Account. That in-app request verifies your phone and notifies our support team.
